The breakfast was wonderful and lovely, the staff was very attentive, the grounds were impeccably clean. It was in a very central setting right in the centre of the old town.

Impressive and modern accommodation. Particularly good setting, right by tje old castle with intresting design as well as the centre. Again, walking distance to a Brick Gothic church. Very attentive staff and a wonderful and lovely breakfast with Eggs Benedict.

The hotel's location was great, in the venue's own Artesse restaurant with an old market and a market within walking distance. I was there for 2 nights and ate at Michelin-starred restaurant with reasonable price. The location was stunning, at a walking distance from Main Square. Moreover, it was adjacent to main square and train station, and eating options.

The location is stunning, short walk to the center of Krakow, and the grounds of tje old castle with intresting design, you cannot beat it.

Stayed for 3 nights in this stunningly beautiful place, appreciated that. The restaurant was great with reasonable price, we ordered exquisite dishes. The location of the hotel was awesome - around 10-15 minutes walk from Planty Park.

I ate at a terrific restaurant with reasonable price. The location was unbeatable and stunning and I could use public parking nearby.

Its location was particularly good, close to all sightseeings. What's more, it was very close to the hotel's own Artesse restaurant as well as Krakow.

The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful and spacious rooms. The lobby had a luxurious feel and the coffee and bar area was trendy and cozy. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square. One of the best aspects was the underground spa, which provided a unique and unforgettable experience. The staff, especially the doorman, were very helpful and friendly.

Although the hotel was generous in allowing a late checkout, I was disappointed to be charged half the room price to stay until 4 pm. The reception clerk's attitude was rude and unwelcoming, which was not a pleasant experience.
